Measure plating thickness with Micro Scope and Micro Vickers Hardness Tester. Analyse Case Depth and hardness of minor parts dia less than 1mm with Micro Vickers hardness Tester.

Physical analysis (Case Hardened and surface hardened parts). Failure Analysis of samples. (in process, raw Material & customer complaints).

Experience:   2 – 7 years.
